Your family’s information

Shuswap Hockey Academy collects only what it needs to run sessions safely: a parent or guardian’s name, email and phone number, an emergency contact, and each player’s name, birth year and any medical or allergy notes you choose to share.

Medical notes are visible only to Academy coaches and staff, so they can respond if something happens on the ice. We don’t collect full dates of birth, and we never ask minor hockey associations for rosters or player lists.

Card payments are handled by Clover. We never see or store card numbers — only the card brand, last four digits and expiry, so you can recognise the card on file.

We use your email to send receipts, booking confirmations, reminders and anything about your membership. We’ll only send news and offers if you’ve said yes to them.
