Terms & policies

Booking, cancelling and the waitlist

  • Cancel up to 12 hours before a session and you get your credit back. For a paid drop-in, it comes back as account credit you can use on any session in the next year.
  • Cancel later than that, or don't show, and the session is used — the ice is booked and paid for either way.
  • If a session is full, join the waitlist. When a spot opens we book the next family automatically, using a credit if you have one or, if you've said we may, charging your saved card the drop-in rate. We email you either way.
  • The waitlist stops auto-booking 12 hours before the session, so nobody is booked in the middle of the night. After that, any open spot is first come, first served.
  • If we have to cancel a session, everyone booked gets their credit back.
  • Session packs are shared by every player on your account and expire at the end of the season.

Memberships

Shown for the 3-month membership at $200.00/month. The same terms apply to every length. Version 2026-09-28.

  • You're committing to 3 paid months of Membership · 3 months at $200.00 a month.
  • We charge your saved card today for the first month, then on the same day each month after that.
  • Each paid month adds 4 session credits to your account. Credits can be used by any player on your account.
  • Unused credits carry over for 1 more month, then expire.
  • Months with no scheduled sessions (the off-season) aren't charged and don't count toward your 3 months — billing picks up again when the ice does.
  • The commitment can't be cancelled part-way through by you online. If something changes — an injury, a move — contact the Academy and we'll work it out.
  • When your 3 paid months are done the membership ends. It doesn't renew on its own.
  • If a monthly payment is declined we'll email you and try again two and five days later. Credits for that month arrive once it's paid.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Clover. Your card number goes straight to Clover and never touches our systems; we keep only the brand, last four digits and expiry so you can recognise it. Prices are in Canadian dollars.
